New York Nights

Nights in New York are always so much fun and so full of energy. We had such a delicious dinner at a sushi joint in Chelsea, then walked around Times Square.

Streets of Williamsburg

Day two in New York, Mom, Court, and I ventured over to Brooklyn, and spent the day wandering the streets of Williamsburg. I instantly fell in love with the neighborhood, with all of it's eclectic charm. While there, we spent quite a bit of time shuffling through the many unique, vintage treasures at Beacon's Closet. Special thanks to Diane Birch for the wonderful recommendation!

An Alexa of My Own

Still so very happy to finally have my own Alexa bag by Mulberry. I really can't get over how beautiful it is!

Being in New York always revives my senses and gives me a feeling of direction. I can't wait until the day I call it my home. Mom, Court, and I arrived very early in the city, and quickly found a little breakfast joint where we devoured some of the best french toast I have ever had. But the most exciting of all is the birthday treat for myself... A Mulberry Alexa of my own! I have for so long loved this bag, and wanted to one day call it my own. Luckily, now, I can! It's so beautiful. From the leather, to the hardware, it's perfection through and through. I couldn't be happier with it. Mulberry gave me a gift of a magazine and yummy, British flag cookie for my purchase. The unexpectedly pleasant chill in the air had me searching the city for some tights, which I soon luckily found. For my birthday dinner, we ate a wonderful meal at such a quaint and cozy restaurant called Bistro Les Amis on Spring Street in SoHo. Instead of birthday cake, I celebrated with their incredible crème brûlée, which was made to perfection. I can honestly say I had one of the best birthdays I have ever had, spent in the city I love.
